We want you to feel totally great about what we've sent, If you receive your item and change your mind, we accept returns for full-priced items as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please ensure to read the policy below and return your item as requested.
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you do change your mind and want to return your item we will happily accept all full priced items that follow the below conditions.
Once your items are back in our warehouse they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price
Returns will be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt.
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and FARA Boutique does not supply return labels.
If your parcel is rejected at customs by you, due to a change in mind, and duties and taxes are incurred we have the right to deduct these fees from your refund.
Rejected parcels are noted as ‘Return to Sender’ by couriers and can take up to 3 months to return. FARA Boutique can not process any refunds until your return has reached us safely and in its original state.
Once your return has been processed you will be refunded via your original payment method. This amount will appear back in your bank account within 2-5 working days after your item has been cleared.
If you paid with a gift card or points, you will be refunded to the same gift card, or downloaded code, and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.
We're very sorry if an item you received is not perfect. Please email us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. Please share photos of the damage so this can be logged in our system .
We will do our best to resolve the issue which may include replacing the item if stock is available or providing a refund upon receipt of the item back at our warehouse.
As per all other returns, we must be informed and your item must be returned within 30 days.
