FARA Boutique ships worldwide from the UK and the Netherlands.

We offer free shipping to UK and EU customers on all orders over £150, and free worldwide shipping on orders over £350.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Cut off time for orders is 3pm UK time. Orders placed between 3pm Friday to Monday will be dispatched on Monday.

We will notify you as we process your order:

• Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place your order.
  Please check your promotions and spam folders, if you don't see it. Please email us here if you didn't receive it.
  
• Shipping Confirmation: Upon Dispatch from our Facilities. You will find the Tracking Details for your order here.

Please allow extra time during public holidays, sale periods and seasonal holidays.

• UK parcels usually arrive between 1-3 working days. Express shipping is available for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3pm.
  
• EU / USA parcels - standard shipping takes roughly 3-7 working days and express takes 1-3 working days.
  
• Australia / New Zealand / Canada - standard shipping takes roughly 3-10 working days and express takes 3-5 working days.
